Return & Refund Policy

At Holy Matters, we take great care in crafting each piece. Because our products are handmade and often personalized with Bible verses, we want to be transparent about our return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-engraved products
• Items that show signs of use or wear
• Products damaged due to misuse

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please email us at hello@holymatters.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
