Thank you for shopping at Holy Matters.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States only.

• USPS Ground Advantage – typically 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail – typically 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date the order is shipped, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. The current free shipping threshold is shown at checkout and in our store announcements.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Holy Matters is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delays
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@holymatters.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
